The homeowners wanted their walk-in wardrobe to include both a dresser and a dedicated display for their crystal collection.

An illuminated display cabinet was incorporated at the entrance of the wardrobe, turning their collectibles into a meaningful feature while making full use of an otherwise overlooked corner.

At the dresser, wiring for items such as the hair dryer was carefully concealed within the cabinetry to keep the space neat and functional.

Upward lighting was also integrated above the cabinets to create the effect of soft cove lighting without constructing a false ceiling.

Practical details, quietly concealed within a refined and personal space.

From this angle, the walk-in wardrobe reveals another layer of space-conscious planning.

A full-length mirror was positioned along the walkway for the homeowners to conveniently check their outfits while getting ready.

Beside it, a sliding pocket door disappears neatly behind the mirror panel when opened. This eliminates the clearance required for a conventional swing door and allows the walkway to remain comfortable and unobstructed.

Surrounded by full-height storage, the wardrobe remains highly functional while retaining a clean, calm and streamlined appearance.

The master bedroom was designed as a quiet and restful retreat, using warm neutral tones, soft textures and layered lighting.

A half-height upholstered headboard grounds the sleeping area, while suspended bedside tables with pull-out drawers keep the floor visually open and make everyday essentials easily accessible.

The stucco-effect feature wall adds gentle texture and depth, while complementing the existing wardrobe finishes provided by the developer.

Finished with softly concealed cove lighting, the room offers a calm and comforting atmosphere for the homeowners to rest and recharge.

The living room continues the home’s calming and cohesive design language.

The television feature wall was designed to conceal wiring and incorporate soft cove lighting, keeping the overall composition clean and uncluttered.

As the television needed to be positioned slightly towards the left, carefully placed groove lines were introduced to create visual balance and make the television appear centred within the overall feature.

The colour of the groove-line detailing was also selected to complement the frame of the fluted-glass screen at the foyer, creating a subtle connection between the entrance and living spaces.

A warm, restful setting designed for the homeowners to settle in and unwind.

Every element was designed to serve more than one purpose.

The back of the half-height shoe cabinet extends into the dining area, where it also functions as the backrest of the customised dining bench. Beneath the seating, flip-up compartments provide additional concealed storage without adding visual bulk.

Power points were thoughtfully incorporated beside the bench, allowing the dining area to comfortably double as a work-from-home space whenever needed.

Above, the pendant light creates a warm focal point and visually anchors the dining setting, making it an inviting space for meals, conversations and productive afternoons at home.

Designed for a couple with active lifestyles, The Botany Project is a calming retreat where they can relax, dine, work from home and enjoy their everyday routines.

A soft, soothing palette complements the condominium’s existing finishes, creating a warm and harmonious home.

At the entrance, a fluted-glass screen provides privacy while allowing natural light to flow through. A full-length mirror visually enlarges the foyer, while the half-height shoe cabinet connects seamlessly to the dining bench for a cohesive and practical design.

A thoughtful welcome into a home made for slowing down.
