AMBER POINT PENTHOUSE | DESIGNING A FOREVER HOME

Conceptualising, designing and building a FOREVER HOME in your twilight years doesn’t mean compromising on style, comfort or individuality.

From the outer walls and bespoke metal gate to the entryway, integrated shoe cabinet, bench and feature wall, every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a home that feels warm, welcoming and uniquely theirs.

Blending timeless design with modern functionality, the spaces are created to work beautifully for life today and for all the years to come.

A forever home, designed around the way you live.

AMBER POINT PENTHOUSE |

REIMAGINING THE KITCHEN & YARD FOR EVERYDAY LIVING

A forever home needs to work beautifully not only in the spaces we see, but also in the hardworking areas used every single day.

For the kitchen and yard, we looked closely at the existing layout and explored how each area could be better planned to create a more seamless, practical and refined experience for the homeowners.

The kitchen concept focuses on creating a lighter, more contemporary space, with thoughtfully planned cabinetry, generous storage and a clean, timeless material palette that feels connected to the rest of the home.

In the yard, every centimetre matters. Our proposed plans carefully considered the placement of the washer and dryer, sink, cabinetry and storage, creating a more organised and efficient utility zone while maintaining comfortable circulation.

From the initial site assessment to the detailed plans and elevations, each decision was made with the couple’s long-term lifestyle in mind considering balancing functionality, ease of use and timeless design.

Because a beautifully designed forever home should make even the most practical parts of daily life feel effortless.

BEAUTIFUL TO LIVE IN.

THOUGHTFULLY PLANNED.

DESIGNED FOR THE YEARS AHEAD.

AMBER POINT PENTHOUSE | PART 2
DESIGNING BATHROOMS FOR A LIFETIME

A forever home is not only about the spaces we live in every day. It is also about creating bathrooms that feel beautiful, comfortable and thoughtfully considered for the years ahead.

For the powder room and ensuites, every detail was carefully designed to balance timeless elegance with everyday comfort and functionality.

From the selection of finishes and fittings to the planning of storage, lighting and spatial flow, each bathroom was considered as part of the couple’s long-term lifestyle.

Both the powder room and ensuites were thoughtfully designed as refined, tranquil spaces. Understated elegance meets comfort, practicality and timeless ease.

Because in a true forever home, even the smallest spaces deserve thoughtful design.

BEAUTIFUL BY DESIGN.
THOUGHTFUL FOR TODAY.
READY FOR THE YEARS AHEAD.

AMBER POINT PENTHOUSE | PART 1
DESIGNING A “FOREVER HOME” FOR THE TWILIGHT YEARS

Some homes are designed for today. Others are thoughtfully created for all the years to come.

This deeply meaningful transformation began with over six months of collaboration, conversations and milestone decisions, carefully shaping every aspect around the couple’s future comfort, safety and lifestyle.

From spatial planning and built-ins to the overall interior design, every detail was considered with purpose.

Now, the groundwork is laid.

We are honoured to create a true “FOREVER HOME” — a sanctuary designed to be lived in safely, comfortably and beautifully for years to come.

A HOME FOR TODAY. A HOME FOR TOMORROW. A HOME FOR A LIFETIME.

Here’s a sneak peek of our One Shenton project

When the lovely and effervescent Inna approached us to help set up her new apartment in the city, we couldn’t have been happier.

It is truly a defining moment and a privilege to be able to assist a returning client with her new move after 8 years!

Over the years, we have worked hard to build the trust, strong relationships, and mutual respect that we deeply value with all of our clients. These relationships are something we never take for granted, and being invited back into their homes and lives years later makes every project even more meaningful. 🤍

THE REBIRTH OF A 20-YEAR-OLD HOME.
A NEW CHAPTER. A FOREVER HOME.

Some homes are more than spaces. They hold the memories of a lifetime.

After 20 years, this penthouse at Amber Point was ready for a new beginning, thoughtfully reimagined while preserving the memories and stories that made it home.

Once enclosed by dark finishes and bulky partitions, the home was opened up to reveal something that had been waiting all along: light, space and an uninterrupted view of the waterway.

What emerged was more than a renovation. It was a true rebirth. A rejuvenated sanctuary where the couple could continue the next chapter of their lives, surrounded by the memories of raising their children and with space to create many more with their future generations.

A 20-YEAR-OLD HOME, REBORN.
A FOREVER HOME, FINALLY.

SCOTTS 28 — PART 4 | THE DETAILS THAT COMPLETE THE HOME
Beyond the main living spaces, the story continues through the quieter corners.
From thoughtfully considered ensuite bathrooms and a refined powder room, to the hallway that connects each space. Every detail was designed to feel cohesive, personal and effortlessly inviting.
Because a beautiful home is not only about the spaces you live in, but the details you experience along the way.
3 HOMES. 8 YEARS. 1 ENDURING DESIGN RELATIONSHIP.
