Over the past few weeks, we've shared glimpses of this workplace project, from warm, wellness-inspired spaces and adaptable meeting rooms to the carefully curated materials that shape the overall experience.
But every design decision links back to a single idea.
We designed around the rhythm of work, inspired by how ideas naturally move through an organisation, the workplace is organised around three symbolic states:
1 Focus | ∞ Exchange | 0 Openness
Work is never static. It moves continuously between these states:
Focus → Exchange → Openness → Exchange → Focus
This rhythm influenced everything, from the planning of the workspace to the architectural details, including the illuminated ceiling feature that symbolises the connection between focused work and collaboration.
At OSCA Asia, we believe the most meaningful workplaces don't begin with furniture, finishes or floor plans.
They begin with a clear understanding of how people work.
Because when a workplace is designed around people, it naturally becomes more adaptable, intuitive and ready for what's next.
