Sarah will demonstrate milling wheat with her Nutrimill grain mill, various types of wheat berries and ancient grains, the differences between fresh milled whole grain flour and commercial flour, and practical tips and techniques for incorporating fresh milled flour into your baking routine. Techniques will cover both commercial yeast breads and sourdough.
