Progress is underway at Porsche Latham in the Town of Colonie, New York. 🚧

Designed to reflect the performance and sophistication of the Porsche brand, this new two-story dealership will feature a modern showroom, customer offices, service drive lanes, a fully equipped service department, dedicated parts area, and an on-site carwash facility.

With sleek architectural lines, expansive glass, and open interior spaces, the design creates a dynamic customer experience while offering visibility into the service operations — reinforcing Porsche’s commitment to precision, performance, and transparency.

We’re excited to share a look at the construction progress as this project continues to take shape.

A new vision for Cadillac is taking shape in Orlando.

Massey Cadillac South is currently under construction and progressing toward a modern dealership experience that blends luxury, performance, and functionality. The new two-story facility will feature a contemporary showroom, premium customer spaces, covered service drives, and a fully integrated service and parts department designed to support both sales and long-term operations.

Inspired by Cadillac’s latest architectural standards, the design emphasizes clean lines, expansive glass, refined materials, and an elevated customer experience throughout.
