Recently, PDG’s senior architects and our structural engineer partners from TLC Engineering Solutions held a workshop to discuss the details that make a real difference in project performance, constructability, and long-term durability. From topping slab detailing and snow load updates to maintenance planning and vehicle impact protection, every conversation was centered around one goal: delivering better outcomes for our clients.

These coordination meetings allow us to challenge assumptions, share expertise, solve problems early, and strengthen the partnership that carries every project from concept through construction.

Great design is never created in isolation. It's built together.

There's nothing quite like seeing a project cross the finish line.

Our team recently completed the final construction walkthrough at BMW of Fairfax – Certified Pre-Owned building, where every detail, from finishes and lighting to customer spaces and service areas, came together exactly as envisioned.

These final walkthroughs are an important milestone, ensuring the completed renovation reflects the quality, functionality, and premium experience expected of the BMW brand.

We're proud to have partnered with the entire project team to help transform this dealership and look forward to seeing it serve customers for years to come.

The new Middletown Collision Center is officially complete. This 21,250 SF facility was thoughtfully designed to support every stage of the collision repair process, combining functionality, durability, and efficiency in one streamlined workspace.

Featuring 20 body shop bays, a modern paint booth, and a pre-engineered steel structure, the building is equipped to serve both today's operational needs and tomorrow's growth.

From construction progress to completed reality.

We're excited to share the finished photos of The Whitley, a boutique residential community that has officially become part of Alexandria's vibrant Old Town North neighborhood.

Seeing this project fully realized is a reminder of what thoughtful collaboration and careful attention to detail can achieve. From the exterior materials and architectural character to the warm, modern interiors, every element was designed to create a welcoming place for residents to call home.

Located at 805 N. Columbus Street, The Whitley features 78 thoughtfully designed residences, offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, with select residences featuring private terraces.
