Behind every before-and-after photo are hundreds of decisions the camera never sees. The concept, drawings, revisions, sourcing, samples, site visits, supplier conversations, and the changes made along the way as the project takes shape.

Our role goes beyond designing how a space looks. It is to hold the vision steady through every stage of a new build or renovation and manage the many moving parts, making the process as seamless as possible for our clients.

Glass is one of the most demanding materials to work with and one of the most beautiful when done right.

Custom glass elements often appear in our luxury projects as one-of-a-kind pieces, individually made for the space. It could be an oversized glass decor piece, a sculptural element, a basin, a light fixture, or something entirely specific that the design calls for.

Our interior design studio develops the concept, then hands it to people who know how to take it from there.

For artistic glass, we are lucky to work with Anda Munkevica and her team at Glass design "AM studio". Anda has the eye of an artist and a deep understanding of the material, so she can take our idea and turn it into something real and functional. Her team then builds and installs it wherever the project is located.

We have worked together for many years. There is almost nothing we have imagined that they could not make.

That kind of care for craft is rare, and we are grateful for it.

Most people hire an interior designer after construction has started. By then, the layout is fixed.
