FEATURE FRIDAY ✨ Meet Miss Alice!

Ohhhh, she’s a good one. 🤎

Miss Alice — an incredible early 20th-century vintage tea & serving cart, believed to date to approximately 1915–1935.🤩💫🤯

Her aged wood, riveted steel frame, gorgeous wire-spoke wheels and tiny metal casters tell the story of a time when carts like this were used to roll tea, refreshments and serving pieces right into the dining or sitting room.

And that patina? We wouldn’t change a thing.

Today, Miss Alice is just as beautiful styled as a bar cart, serving piece, side table or simply as the statement piece she deserves to be. We are lovin’ on her!

What a week at Burlap at the Lakes! Thank you, thank you for coming in and loving all the beautiful touches of fall right along with us. 🤎

The fall foliage, stems, picks, garlands and so much more have been flying out the door—and we love seeing what you’re choosing for your homes!

And sweet Eva fell in love with one of Heavenly Chic’s newest paintings… so, of course, it went home with her to her beautiful home! 🖼️🤎

They may—or may not—be one of our absolute favorites. 😉 Who are we kidding? We LOVE ironstone.

If you’ve been shopping Burlap for any length of time, you know that beautiful white ironstone is a staple on our showroom floors. From stacks of mismatched plates and bowls to pitchers, creamers, platters and those perfectly imperfect vintage pieces—we simply can’t get enough.
