Out with the old, in with the new!

It's demo day for our friends at CASS Housing! Today marks more than just the demolition of their former office. It's the beginning of an exciting new chapter as we make way for a brand-new office that will support their continued growth and incredible work in our community.

We're excited to be part of this next step for CASS Housing as they continue their mission of providing supportive housing and empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Sometimes, moving forward means knocking a few things down first. And we're not going to lie, watching a building come down is pretty satisfying.

Here's to new beginnings and great things ahead!

We had a great time last night supporting our friends at CASS Housing at their annual gala. Turns out we clean up reasonably well when required.

CASS Housing is an incredible organization doing meaningful work in our community, providing housing with support that empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently and thrive.

We’re proud to support their mission and even more excited to have a few projects underway with their team. We’re looking forward to seeing those projects come to life and playing a small part in the important work CASS continues to do.

We’re at ISBA! Stop by booth 628 to chat with us about what’s happening in your district and see how we can bring your next project to life.

We can talk schools, facilities, and all the things nobody warned you would eventually need a bond for.

We had a great time at the West Noble Schools Career Fair—and, conveniently, found ourselves stationed right next to our friends at Weigand Construction, who we’re currently teamed up with on improvements throughout West Noble Schools. Apparently someone planned that well.

Students stopped by to explore the floor plans, ask questions, and get a closer look at some of the changes coming to their own schools. It was great seeing their interest in the design and construction process—and giving them a chance to see what goes into turning a bunch of lines on paper into actual spaces.

All in all, a successful day of talking careers, sharing plans, and spending some quality time with our project partners. Not a bad way to spend a career fair.

Today we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and people who keep things moving every day.

Honor the occasion by doing as little labor as possible. It just feels appropriate.

We had a blast yesterday at the YMCA Camp Potawotami Golf Outing!

Great weather, great company, and a great day supporting an even better organization. It's always a good time getting out of the office and connecting with everyone. Our very own Bri Minnich took home the ladies closest to the pin title and gave us exactly the level of celebration we've come to expect from a seasoned champion and we're pretty lucky to have her.

While some teams played golf, some of us took a more exploratory approach to the property and became intimately familiar with areas of the course not typically featured on the scorecard

Exciting things are taking shape at Lakewood Park Christian School!

Work is well underway on Panther Park alongside our construction partners at T-E Incorporated and CD&M , as progress continues on the park's new tennis courts. We’re excited to see designs come to life and to watch Panther Park grow into a space that will serve Lakewood Park students, athletes, and the entire school community for years to come.

There’s plenty more ahead, but for now—it’s game, set, construction!

Gabi Silkworth has completed her Intern Bucket List Challenge, making her our final intern to finish the list this summer.

With that, we are pleased to announce that the 2026 Bucket List Challenge has reached substantial completion. All required items have been checked. No punch list remains. Closeout documentation is being prepared. We anticipate no warranty claims.....probably.

Congratulations, Gabi, and congratulations to all of our summer interns for successfully completing the challenge!

Apparently Hannah completing our Intern Bucket List Challenge was all the motivation Cody Adkins needed.

Throughout the summer, Cody worked through challenges designed to get our interns to explore, learn, design, build, and gain some real-world experience along the way.

Not content with simply completing the list we gave him, Cody apparently decided to add his own item:

☑ Get poked by a rather sharp piece of roofing material

This item was not included on the original bucket list, was not approved by management, and will not be added to next year’s edition. Nevertheless, the box has been checked.

Congratulations, Cody! Two interns down, one to go.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to join our team and help keep things running smoothly at our front desk.

This role is often the first point contact for our clients, consultants, visitors, and staff, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized, and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.

If you're interested in joining our team or know someone who would be a perfect fit, we'd love to hear from you!
