When you select an expansive foundation for your home, any 8x10 or 9x12 rug, you are invited to choose a matching 2x3 accent piece with our compliments, or if you purchase a 10x14 or 12x15 select a 3x5 companion rug instead.

Looking for a vibrant, inspiring environment to create and sell your work? We have three unique studio spaces available for rent inside Aaron’s Fine Rug Gallery!

All resident artists enjoy 24/7 access using the digital keypad, a wonderful collaborative environment with three upstairs studios and one semi-hermit-friendly space down two flights of stairs in the basement, along with the open invitation to showcase and sell your original artwork directly on our rug gallery walls at a discounted commission rate. Nestled in the vibrant and growing Broadway Arts District FW you have the opportunity to be part of First Fridays which currently draw more than 1000 guests each month with additional wonderful events being planned throughout the year.

Meet our Studios:
✨ Studio 1 (UNAVAILABLE) – Occupied by Sarah Leitch Art, a pastel and watercolorist. She has been creating here for the last year and is happy to be hostess to a studiomate. Find her and her work at www.sarahleitchart.com Note: Access involves steep stairs.

✨ Studio 2 ($350/mo) – A bright, sun-drenched 117 sqft shared studio with soaring 9.5’ ceilings, 4 massive windows (1 south, 3 west), and a collaborative vibe. You will be sharing this floor's communal creative hub with the amazing Sarah Leitch Art! Accessing the shared restroom facility is through this space, but does not encroach on the rented space. I left plenty of room to walk without going directly through Studio 2. Note: Access involves steep stairs.

✨ Studio 3 ($350/mo) – A private 132 sqft sanctuary with 9.5’ ceilings. Tucked quietly down the hall from the communal Studio 1 & 2 space, this windowless room offers ultimate focus, with future potential for a north-facing window. Proximity to Studio 1 & 2 encourages collaboration and socialization with the option of ducking away to focus. Note: Access involves steep stairs.

✨ Studio 4 ($250/mo) – Our most affordable and spacious option! A private 154 sqft basement retreat (6.333’ ceilings) perfect for focused, quiet work. It features a shared utility sink just steps away for the messier artists. The restroom is up two flights of stairs, one particularly steep, to the Studios above. Perfect for someone who likes a cozy, quiet workspace.
