FedEx Seats – Built to Last

These seats came to us completely worn out, so we rebuilt them with durability and comfort in mind.

We used HR55 high-resilience foam, added 1/2” dense felt between the springs and foam, and backed all upholstery materials with sew foam.

Premium commercial vinyl in the high-wear areas, breathable commercial fabric where the drivers sit, and durable black vinyl everywhere else.

Every material was chosen for a reason. The goal wasn’t just to make them look good, but to make them last.

Built for daily use. Built the CRU way.

I have been sourcing Crypton fabrics from Sailrite recently and the results have been great. The best prices for the best fabric when need a fabric to stand up to daily use and you don’t want to use a commercial vinyl. It really is the best of both worlds. Contact me and I can show how to find the deals.
