Crème Brûlée Donuts

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
1 tablespoon brown sugar (for topping)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a donut pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
While the donuts bake, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon (if using) in a small bowl.
Once the donuts have cooled slightly, dip the tops in the sugar mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

S'mores Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 package graham crackers
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)
1 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:

Line the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish with a layer of graham crackers.
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Pour over the chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat the whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Spread a thin layer of the chocolate ganache over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of marshmallows.
Add another layer of graham crackers, then peanut butter (if using), followed by more chocolate ganache and marshmallows.
Top with the whipped cream mixture, smoothing it out to cover.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set.
Garnish with extra mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs before serving.

Ingredients:

4 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (or sausage)
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Butter (for greasing ramekins)
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 4 ramekins with butter.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Divide the diced bell pepper, onion, and cooked bacon (or sausage) evenly among the ramekins.
Pour the egg mixture into each ramekin, filling about 3/4 full.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each ramekin.

Ingredients:

4 oz chow mein noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup bell pepper, julienned
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:

Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, and carrots, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add the green onions, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute.
Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Spicy Coconut Curry Ramen

Ingredients:

2 packs of ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packet)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon red curry paste
1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
2 cups vegetable broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
Optional toppings: boiled egg, sliced green onions, chopped peanuts
Directions:

Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Stir in the red curry paste and cook for another minute to release the flavors.
Add coconut milk, vegetable broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes to the pot. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes to combine the flavors.

Creamy Dijon Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the halved potatoes to the skillet, stir to coat in the remaining oil and juices. Place the chicken back into the skillet on top of the potatoes.
In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Pour the sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
