Starting off the week with some tender morsels of deliciousness that will enchant your palate. Crimson Hex Scallops over Sweet Corn Polenta, Red Chard with Bacon, and slathered in a Roasted Grape Agrodolce. The sweet, slightly sour & savory flavors are all working their magick here, and meet each other right in middle of tasty town. Meow! ✨🖤🔮😻

And for this fish Friday, I’m serving up some tasty witchcraft by the spoonful for the meows in the form of Salem Salmon Sinigang with Rice to soak up all of that delicious brew! A Filipino sour soup made with tamarind & calamansi juice, along side vegetables like onions, tomatoes, some greens, peppers, and I like to add potatoes & carrots to mine, cause well… That’s how I like it! 😛 It’s a delicate yet satisfying dish and if you’ve never had it before, I highly recommend! Meow! ✨🔮😻🖤🥣

Always conjuring up the deliciousness on the daily! You meows already know! 😉 Sorceress Steak Stir Fry, Assorted Vegetables, ( as in too many to name😹) in a Spicy Mandarin Soy Glaze. Yes the juice from the mandies along with the zest really brought this to a lovely & flavorful place. And you know mama likes it shhhhpicy, so I had to add some chili’s to the party. Today we’re shroomin’… 😉🍄‍🟫 I usually start making these around the holidays and the spooky month absolutely counts! Crescent Moon Shrooms. Blue Crab Stuffed Portobellos with Old Bay Jus. Served with a side salad for dem greens n such. It’s pretty much a crab cake baked in a mushroom which keeps the flavors grounded to each other. When they want lasagna, but it’s as hot as the devil’s nut sack and there ain’t NO WAY you’re turning the oven on, you switch gears and give them something equally as good.
