Air Fryer Crispy Pork Belly. This recipe is a deeply personal one for me. One of my favorite memories growing up was going to this Cantonese BBQ restaurant in the San Fernando Valley named Sam Woo (iykyk). It was always packed but we came so much the owner and waiters started to recognize us, so the wait wasn’t always that bad 😅 I would always get either the crispy pork belly or char siu. They make the best bbq meats. Nowadays I don’t get to come here as often, so when I started cooking and writing this blog, I knew I wanted to have my own version of both these dishes. This week I’m FINALLY posting my version of crispy pork belly. This recipe took over a year to perfect and gives you all the tips you need to get that crackly skin which is the most challenging part! Grab my recipe in bio!
