Do you want the long version or the short version??
The short version is that I am SO OVERWHELMED with gratitude for this past week. Eighty-seven of our candles went out the door in the last 6 days. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! And Happy Mother’s Day!
The long version? approached me with the brilliant idea of popping up in front of his shop for a couple of days before Mother’s Day. I already had two other markets scheduled for the week, but our amazing neighbors were able to hang out with our little dudes for two of the potential market days at the shop & we got to bring them with us for the last one. We figured, worst case scenario, we got some quality time together, which we never get enough of because, well, just life!
So, on the back side of a fantastic time at our favorite Sunday spot - - we pulled off not just two but three days of pop-up life at for the good folks in the surrounding Turbo businesses. Then we got to round out the week at a precious afternoon at Lil Friends Day School for their Teacher & mother appreciation event. Our candles are going into so many homes this weekend. I am just so humbled! God is so good. Now, I’m going to spend the rest of the weekend with my precious family who loves me more as Mama than as candlemaker, & I wouldn’t have it any other way.
