A first impression that sets the tone for the entire home. 🌿

This foyer opens directly into the dining room, creating a seamless flow and an inviting welcome. Botanical wallpaper climbs the walls, giving the feeling of stepping into a living garden, while layers of vintage furnishings and collected family heirlooms bring warmth, history, and personality to the space.

Some pieces have been lovingly refinished, others reupholstered, each contributing to the story of the home. From the detailed nailhead trim and decorative tie-backs to the portraits and collected antiques, every element was chosen to create a space that feels timeless, personal, and beautifully lived in.

A home filled with pieces that tell a story. 📖

This antique gallery wall was collected over time from all across the US and beyond through friends, family, antique stores, and flea markets. Every piece carries its own history and adds to the layered story of this space.

Indoor plants bring life into nearly every room, while collected canes and meaningful vintage finds create a sense of character that cannot be replicated.

One of my favorite details is pairing abstract fabric with antique furniture pieces. It creates a look that feels curated, eclectic, and beautifully layered all at once.

Reintroducing the face behind the designs ✨
I’m originally from Vestavia Hills, Alabama, and I’ve been designing thoughtful, timeless interiors since 2014. I went to Auburn University, although my husband, Taylor, of 18 years, would probably say I’ve been converted. 😉
Outside of design, I’m a mom to two children and two dogs, and I find so much inspiration in creating spaces that feel beautiful, personal, and lived in.

3 Things Every Room Needs:
1. Plants 2. Art 3. Mixed woods, mixed metals Sometimes it is a beautiful potted plant, other times a branch from your yard. Something living or once living to add warmth and bring the outside in. Art whether it be sculpture on a table, a small piece on an easel or one large piece on the wall. Mixing wood tones and metals makes for a curated space. Coffee tables, side tables, furniture legs, lighting and drapery rods all carefully selected will achieve this. Enjoy these pictures that showcase all of these things and more.
