On a walkout pit lot like this, every inch matters—
✔️ Elevations have to be exact
✔️ Drainage has to be planned before concrete ever shows up
✔️ Water has to be told where to go (or it’ll decide for you later)

It might not seem like an important or necessary expense… but it’s one of the most crucial parts of the entire build process. 🪏
