Annual Warehouse Tag Sale!

The move is off… but the sale is ON.

if you’ve ever wondered what a designer collector would sell if moving locations — this is your chance.

For the first time ever, this sale is inside my main office building and includes two floors + a patio and storage garage filled with years of collected inventory, design pieces, business contents, and unexpected finds.

Items will reduce throughout the sale (many 25–50%), but this is not a traditional estate sale with automatic deductions —some special pieces will hold value.

If you love design, vintage, antiques, collecting, remodeling, doing yard work or simply the hunt… this one is worth the trip.

Sharing a few pages from one of my favorite published projects, along with a few images from the home that have never been shared here before.

This ground-up home remains one of my favorite bodies of work — thoughtful from the foundation up, layered, collected, and deeply personal to the client.

As I’ve built my business in Round Top over the years, I’ve realized what a unique niche it is to live in both worlds — designer and dealer. The collected approach that guides my projects today was already finding its way into this home.
Some design ideas evolve. Others become part of your signature.

Designing in Round Top looks a little different.
I still aim for the same level of detail; straight shades, aligned frames, but the elements have their own ideas.
