AMH is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Procurement Coordinator to support the operational side of our design and purchasing process.

Ashley Martin Home is a high-end residential interior design firm focused on creating timeless, layered, and highly detailed homes. Our projects involve extensive furnishings procurement, custom selections, and complex coordination across hundreds of products, vendors, and client specifications.

This is not a traditional bookkeeping or simple invoicing role. This position sits at the center of our procurement operations.

Job Description

The Interior Design Procurement Coordinator is responsible for building detailed client estimates and managing the administrative side of furnishings procurement for residential interior design projects. This role works closely with the design team to translate approved client presentations into highly accurate procurement estimates consisting of hundreds of individual product line items across multiple vendors. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, process-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable managing complex pricing structures, vendor-specific quoting methods, and high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy.

We are so excited to expand our team!

AMH is seeking a Social Media Manager with a deep understanding of aesthetics, composition, color theory, and typography. You understand that our social media is a digital extension of our physical studio—it must feel cohesive, elevated, and deeply inviting. This is a role for a creator who views social media as a high-end editorial platform rather than just a marketing channel and someone who knows how to build a community through authentic, high-quality engagement.

Responsibilities

Visual Curation: Manage the end-to-end aesthetic of our Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook feeds. You will ensure every post aligns with the Ashley Martin Home “look and feel.”
Content Creation: Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content on-site in Winter Park. This includes behind-the-scenes at installs, styling sessions, and lifestyle staging.
Write compelling, evocative copy that speaks to the “why” behind our designs, connecting with our community while keeping it on brand.
Multi-Channel Strategy: Tailor content specifically for each platform—from high-energy, aesthetic Reels/TikToks to curated, aspirational boards on Pinterest.
Community Engagement: Foster a warm, professional environment in our comments and DMs, etc.
Qualifications
The Aesthetic Eye: A natural intuition for composition, lighting, and interior styling.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.

Mastery of mobile editing tools like Edits App or CapCut (or similar high-end mobile editors)
Proficiency in Canva for brand-aligned graphics.
Bonus: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Lightroom) is a significant plus.
Trend Literacy: You have knowledge of design trends and social formats, but you filter them through a lens of “timeless elegance” before applying them to our brand.
Additional Information
Must be located in Orlando area, this is NOT a Remote position.
