🚂 Something a little different from us this time! 🚂

Another recently completed garden room project, but this one has been designed with a very special purpose in mind – model railways!

Measuring 8.5m x 3.3m, this building incorporates a spacious main room, dedicated workshop area and front canopy.

Due to its location, this project required planning permission, which we handled from start to finish on behalf of our client.

A few details of the finished build:

🔹 C05 Platinum Grey Cedral cladding

🔹 Silver Grey windows and doors

🔹 Full electrical installation tailored to the client's requirements

🔹 Vinyl click flooring throughout

🔹 Fully decorated interior

🔹 Perfect Fit blinds installed

The building is now complete and ready for the client to start bringing their model railway plans to life!

5m x 2.7m Larch Carport
Designed and built by ourselves at Signature Woodwork.

Constructed using chunky 6" solid larch posts mounted on galvanised steel feet, with heavy-duty larch boarding and a steel anti-condensation roof.
5" concreate floor.

Designed specifically to house a classic Land Rover, with plenty of ventilation all round to encourage airflow and help keep the vehicle dry and protected throughout the year.
A strong, practical structure with a natural timber finish that will only improve with age.

Designed and built by ourselves at Signature Woodwork.
Finished in 20mm redwood cladding, with a vertical slatted feature frontage for a modern, stylish finish.
A practical and attractive solution for keeping bikes and logs neatly stored.
