September means it’s officially autumn, right? 🍂

The candles are lit, Bake Off is on the telly soon, and there’s always something baking in the oven.

Cinnamon rolls, banana bread, pumpkin pie, apple pie… basically, if it smells like autumn, we’re baking it.

And this year, Fred’s even tried something new: pumpkin spice latte 🎃☕️

Back to school is nearly here, and so is the 6am scramble 😴🎒

Got a spare afternoon over the bank holiday? We've pulled together three easy bakes worth getting ahead on. One for breakfast, one for the lunchbox, and one for when they walk in the door starving at 3:30.

🧀 Cheesy Breakfast Muffins. 10 mins prep, makes 12. Bake a batch and breakfast is sorted all week.
🌭 Air Fryer Sausage Rolls. Ready in 20 mins. Veggie sausages work just as well.
🫐 Blueberry & Honey Muffins. No refined sugar and perfect for the after school raid on the kitchen.
