Custom upholstery shop specializing in marine and recreational reupholstery. We recommend that you schedule an appointment to stop by the shop.

We also reupholster furniture like chairs, bar stools, vanity chairs, benches, settes, and more. We specialize in reupholstering boat interiors but we can also recover upholstery in recreational vehicles like RVs, campers, side by sides, ATVs, golf carts, motorcycles, classic cars seats, etc. In addition, we can recover furniture.

I just got released from my Dr so I can begin doing lightweight jobs in the shop again, like cushions and replacing foam, etc. I will catch up on the jobs I already had on the schedule and then can take on some new ones. I hope to be able to do small chairs and benches in a few more weeks 🎉🎉🎉

The shop will probably be closed thru the end of September as I recover from hip replacement surgery. I may try to do a few small jobs in a couple weeks. I am so ready to get sewing and upholstering again. I will let everyone know when I’m ready to be open full time again. Thanks for your patience.

I regret to inform you that my shop will be CLOSED for approximately four weeks. I was hospitalized on Thursday because my hip decided to stop working. I hope to undergo a hip replacement in the next few weeks. If you have an item that needs reupholstering, please send a picture to 812-639-5787 for a quote. Please understand that I will not be scheduling any jobs until I am back on my feet. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Finished these very old chairs this week. They are Gothic Revival chairs used by a Masonic Lodge in late 1800s. They were in rough shape. They were stuffed with horse hair, excelsior, and old rags. They had been recovered a few times previously.

This afternoon I took a personal day 🤣 and worked on my own project. This was a rocking chair that my godmother gave me when I was a wee girl (so it’s over 50ish years old). I recovered it in a new fabric and paired it with a teddy bear that a dear family member made from flour sacks from my late husband’s grandma’s barn. ❤️
