There’s nothing like a great basement that draws you in for a few movies
and/or binging a show.
We’d love to hear what you would watch if this was your space?!?

From the design, to the lacquered finish, brass details, decorative hardware, wallcovering behind the shelves…all of it is drawn, selected, detailed in so there is no such thing as “just a storage cabinet” in this Great Room.

We found the slab, jaw dropped, instantly obsessed but we didn’t “need it”. Oh yes we did- a custom designed and fabricated dining table, bringing all the drama and color, is exactly what this slab was born to do and even our clients were here for it, with a quick “yes, let’s do it”. Ahhh- the joy that comes from hearing those trusting words!!

This Parisian inspired home was featured in the pages (and on the cover) of LUXE Interiors + Design this year. We find ourselves going back over and over to admire the details we designed into all the spaces, especially this Dining Room.
Do you like a stone top? It could feel cold, but here it’s balanced so nicely, as it’s surrounded by white oak stile and rail, floor to ceiling wall panels. So…would you have said “yes”? We’d love to hear!

Three girls bedrooms, all offshoots of the Salon. A space where they hang out, apply make-up, get ready for dances and share all the details of life. Because of its positioning, it invites them out of their rooms and into a space of togetherness. We think every home, especially one with girls, would love a space like this.

For the love! Please DON’T LET YOUR MARBLE SCRAPS GO TO WASTE!
(Especially when it’s Calcutta Vintage!)
We try and find creative ways to use all the stone, whether it be a side table, a cutting board or some pretty sexy closet door hardware. Planning ahead to take advantage of the left overs is a winning move, in our book!

A design collision of more traditional elements in a modern home always seems to win our hearts. It’s not always the easiest thing to pull off, every details stewed over and layered in carefully so that nothing feels out of place and everything feels intentional.

Interior windows draw natural light into interior rooms of a home. Still allowing for separation of space and privacy but also creating an unexpected connectedness. We try and work them in whenever we can, you can too! Nothing a little sledgehammer can’t fix!

HOME TOUR coming at ya. This is a project we completed in 2021, but every time I refer back to it, it slays me.
The warm rich woods mixed with timeless neutrals, allowed the homeowners private art collection to shine.
An office, for her, dives into a deeper, rich, feminine pallet and feels connected, yet set apart from the rest of the home.
And maybe the most jaw dropping part of the home is the thermal spa pool, located right off the Primary Bath, with a two-sided, pewter plaster clad fireplace connecting the two spaces. It not only provides warmth, but lets natural light pull thru and honestly had us wondering why we don’t see this feature more often!

Our client was not afraid of color, inspired by the art her grandma created (front and center) and open to a significant on-site redesign where we added a wood surround to make this home office feel even more intentional, beautiful and intriguing. When clients come to the table with trust and some of their own inspiration it is usually is a winning combo!
