Crispy Chicken & Veggie Bites 😋✨

These golden homemade bites are crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, with a delicious mixture of chicken, vegetables, and creamy seasoning. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or easy family meal!

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sweet corn
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Add the chicken, bell pepper, corn, green onions, mayonnaise, egg, cheese, and seasonings to a bowl.
2. Mix everything until well combined.
3. Add the breadcrumbs and mix until the mixture becomes easy to shape.
4. Form small bite-sized balls or flat nuggets with your hands.
5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the bites until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
7. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

My uncle showed me this simple trick for busy weeknights, and it's been a family favorite ever since! Just 3 ingredients, a little foil, and your slow cooker does all the work. The result is juicy, flavorful, and practically effortless!
🛒 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Cut four large sheets of aluminum foil.
Place one chicken breast in the center of each sheet.
Sprinkle each piece evenly with ranch seasoning.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Fold the foil into sealed packets.
Arrange the packets inside your slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 2½–3 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Carefully open the foil packets (watch for hot steam) and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables.

Ingredients:
CAKE
1 pkg. white cake mix (2 layer)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 c sour cream
3 eggs
1/4 c water
1 (21oz) can apple pie filling
GLAZE
1 c confectioners’ sugar
1-1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
Instructions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl with a mixer until smooth. Pour the dough into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Spoon the apple pie filling on top of the dough, covering the entire surface. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
Make the glaze with milk and confectioners’ sugar and sprinkle over the cooled cake.

INGREDIENTS:
500ml (2 cups) warm milk
7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
100g (0.5 cup) brown sugar
60ml (0.3 cup) oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
750g (6 cups) flour
50g (0.2 cup) butter

For coating and sleeping brioches:
1 egg yolk + 15ml (1 tbsp) of milk
20 g sesame seeds

METHOD

Pour warm milk into a deep bowl, then add sugar and yeast, stir, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Then add oil, vinegar, salt, eggs, mix everything and gradually add flour. Knead a fine, sticky dough, then add the cubes of softened butter and knead with the dough. Leave the dough, covered, to stand, 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 9 balls of 170 grams each. Arrange the balls on a baking tray, which you have lined with baking paper. When you have arranged all the balls, cover them with a kitchen cloth and leave for 30 minutes.
