In a model unit, furniture does more than make the space look finished. Thoughtful placement helps prospective residents understand the scale, flow, and function of each room so they can picture everyday life there.

A simple café concept can feel completely different when the materials do the work. Reeded wood, contrasting surfaces, and geometric tile add warmth, depth, and personality to this everyday amenity at McAllister Plaza.

Sometimes the best brand story is built right into the space. These red barn doors in the break room are made from repurposed shipping container panels. This adds an unexpected industrial element to the space and a connection to the company’s work.

The Forum Cafe and Lobby were reimagined as welcoming shared spaces that strengthen the everyday tenant experience.

☕ The Cafe offers a mix of seating, gathering space, and playful amenities that invite tenants to connect and stay awhile.
☕ The refreshed lobby pairs comfortable lounge seating with communal tables for meeting, working, or recharging.
☕ Warm wood tones, layered textures, and modern lighting create a cohesive, hospitality-inspired experience throughout.

When it comes to artwork, scale matters. One oversized piece creates a stronger focal point than several smaller pieces and gives this open lobby a clear sense of personality.

Designed for a strong return on connection. 📈 Created in collaboration with Victory Capital and Drash Contracting Co LLC, the highlights of this project include:

✔ A variety of informal work and meeting areas that give employees the flexibility to work where they feel most productive, beyond the traditional desk.
✔ Thoughtful design elements that balance decorative impact with acoustical performance, supporting both the look and function of the workplace.
✔ Flexible training and break room spaces that support focused work, learning, coffee breaks, and team connection.
