From dark and dated to bright, timeless, and functional.
While the original kitchen had great bones, it felt enclosed and disconnected from the rest of the home. One of the biggest changes we made was removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room, creating an open, light-filled space that completely transformed the way this family lives and entertains.
Opening the floor plan allowed us to introduce a large, hardworking island—the new centerpiece of the home. It's where meals are prepped, friends gather, and everyday moments unfold.
Finished with rich blue cabinetry, warm brass accents, crisp white countertops, and thoughtfully designed storage, the new kitchen feels fresh, timeless, and incredibly functional.
Swipe to see the before... proof that removing one wall can completely change the heart of a home. 💙
