Fall-Off-The-Bone BBQ Beef Ribs
These beef ribs are worth the wait! π Slow-cooked until tender and glazed with a sticky BBQ sauce, they're perfect for weekend gatherings or when you want to impress. Finger-licking good!
INGREDIENTS:
β’ 3-4 lbs beef back ribs
β’ 2 tbsp brown sugar
β’ 1 tbsp paprika
β’ 1 tbsp garlic powder
β’ 1 tbsp onion powder
β’ 2 tsp salt
β’ 1 tsp black pepper
β’ 1 tsp cayenne pepper
β’ 2 cups BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
β’ 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
β’ Fresh parsley for garnish
RECIPE:
Preheat oven to 275Β°F (135Β°C).
Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Rub all over the ribs.
Wrap ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 2.5-3 hours until meat is very tender and pulling away from bones.
Mix BBQ sauce with apple cider vinegar.
Remove ribs from foil and brush generously with BBQ sauce mixture.
Increase oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) or preheat grill.
Return ribs to oven (uncovered) or place on grill for 10-15 minutes until sauce is sticky and caramelized.
Brush with more sauce, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
