Thrilled with way this (almost done) dining room worked out. The amorphic crystal globe chandelier appearing bubble like within the surrounding Koi wallcovering. The wood slatted table base echoing the barns and fences of the surrounding farms and the groovy retro Herman Miller chairs keeping the vibe fun and easy. I’m always grateful to my clients who are willing to extend some trust and push the line.

Narcissus Quagliata show at the in Glendale. A groundbreaking figure in the field of art glass this show highlights his various innovations from leaded glass to glass fusing. This is not your church style stain glass experience. The works are evocative and powerful and explore themes of transformation and dislocation. He was also an innovator in the field of watercolors as the last two images attest. Show is up through March 9th and very deserving of a visit.
